Ongoing Industry Work: Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions

Since February 2019, I have been working with Wongdoody and Infosys as the Lead UX for Citi’s NEXT platform for executive-lever treasurers. We evolved an initial proof of concept prototype into a personalized, customizable, BI-driven experience that provides executives with data, recommendations and insights that drive informed decision-making. Currently in development, the pilot for NEXT will go live with a group of 10-12 clients in Q4. Insights from the pilot will help inform future iterations of NEXT, which will commence in early 2020.

Ongoing Industry Work: Dell EMC Sales Enablement Platform

Since the Spring of 2017, I’ve been working with Rebellion Design Co. to rebuild Dell EMC’s Sales Enablement Portal for internal and partner sales teams. In that time, we have merged Dell and EMC content, created new content hierarchies and taxonomies (spearheaded by our CS), designed an extensive, flexible, responsive template system and improved the asset, content and tool search experience, resulting in improved efficiencies and performance of internal and partner sales teams.

Ongoing Industry Work: Adobe Intranet Navigation & Homepage Testing

Since late summer of 2018, I’ve been working with iCrossing to improve Adobe’s intranet experience. We’ve been conducting ongoing remote usability and navigation tests (via tree tests and prototypes) with Adobe employees, compiling data and making recommendations based on best practices and test insights.

Passion Project: MindFit

Currently in its research and planning phase, MindFit is my startup platform designed to make mental healthcare services accessible to all—particularly underserved and rural communities. Leveraging the right data points, its algorithm works to seamlessly and accurately match patients with the right health care providers (HCPs)—a benefit for patients and HCPs. MindFit—who believes that mental fitness is also shaped by social, spiritual and physical connectedness—also provides resources outside of traditional therapeutic models to promote sustained, holistic wellbeing.
